Health and Life Insurance
Employees have access to medical, dental, vision and company-paid life insurance. Options for short term disability and other supplemental insurance coverage are also available. Insurance plans begin the first of the month immediately following your start date.
Nursing Scholarship
For students enrolled in an accredited nursing program, as well as students in an LPN to RN bridge program, we offer a $15,000 scholarship. Learn more about scholarship opportunities.
Continuing Education Assistance
Advancing your education? Flowers Hospital offers $5,000 per year to all full time employees and $2,500 per year to all part time employees for continuing education. A one-time bonus will be paid to the employee for obtaining a BSN or MSN.

License Renewal Reimbursement
To help cover the cost of your required license, Flowers Hospital will reimburse the cost of the license renewal bi-annually.
Certifications
ACLS and BCLS are requirements for all registered nurses. We provide these certifications to you while on the job. Other specialty certifications that may be required will also be provided.
PTO, Sick Time and Holiday Pay
Paid time off and sick time are accrued per pay period. The allotted paid time off amount increases with years of service offering you more opportunity for work-life balance. Holiday pay is time and a half when working on a facility-designated holidays.
Retirement Plans
For 401k retirement plans, Flowers Hospital matches 50% of the first 6% of the employee contribution, up to $3,500 per calendar year.
Loan Forgiveness Program
With the loan forgiveness program, full time employees have the opportunity to eliminate up to $20,000 in student debt through the Pathways program with no work commitment required.
