Flowers Hospital has named Lindsey Jackson as the new office administrator for Flowers Medical Group PrimeCare offices in Dothan and Daleville.
Jackson has been employed with Flowers Hospital for seven years and most recently worked as the director of Flowers Hospital’s Center for Metabolic and Weight Loss Surgery where she led the administrative functions of the department, including the implementation of strategic initiatives to grow the hospital’s bariatric surgical volume, management of nutritional, educational and patient care needs and the management of the department’s accreditations and standards for various accrediting organizations.
In her new role at Flowers Medical Group PrimeCare, Jackson will oversee the administrative functions of the urgent care, primary care and occupational medicine offices in Dothan and Daleville.
“Lindsey’s experience working in growing healthcare offices and working with patients and medical providers alike gives her a strong skillset to manage our PrimeCare offices efficiently while keeping patient needs and experiences a priority,” said Linda Terhark, Flowers Hospital’s vice president of physician practices. “She has done a wonderful job in her previous roles at Flowers Hospital, and we are excited to see her grow within Flowers Medical Group as well.”
Jackson is a graduate of the University of Alabama and Troy University earning a bachelor’s degree in commerce and business administration and a master’s degree in business administration. In 2019, she was named a recipient of the Dothan Area Young Professionals Top 20 Under 40 award. Originally from Eufaula, Ala., Jackson now calls Dothan her home and is looking forward to continuing to become involved in the community.
