Flowers Hospital is proud to recognize ten outstanding employees who exemplify the superior service performance standards put in place by Flowers Hospital and its Community Cares program. These employees have proven to be essential in the hospital’s achievement and maintenance of a culture of service and operational excellence.

- Zack Marden, RN, Clinical Supervisor in the Emergency Department: Winner of the Commitment to Co-Workers Standard of Performance award
- Stephanie Karpovich, RN, Clinical Supervisor on MICU-5: Winner of the Outstanding Communication Standard of Performance award
- Gelisicia McElroy, RN, BSN in PACU: Winner of the Sensitivity to Customer Wait Times Standard of Performance award
- Kimmie Hartsock, RN in Labor and Delivery: Winner of the Respect for Privacy Standard of Performance award
- Sandy Sanders, Certified Respiratory Therapist in Respiratory Care: Winner of the Outstanding Responsiveness Standard of Performance award
- Blake Windham, Pharmacist: Winner of the Commitment to a Safe Environment Standard of Performance award
